Tour description:
Upon arrival at the beach, instructors begin with a warm-up that includes stretching. This includes a detailed safety discussion for about 15 minutes where he / she will explain the basic surf safety instructions and then demonstrate the main surf positions and correct posture. Then the student and the instructor enter the sea to start catching waves. There are some breaks throughout the lesson where fresh fruit and drinks are served.
During this break, each instructor will provide their student with one-on-one feedback that students can use when they return to the water to practice their new skills.
This lesson lasts approximately three hours (with the exception of the one-hour lesson).
